Q1: How long will it take for my order to be shipped?
A: We're committed to getting your goodies to you ASAP! Typically, your order will be shipped within 3 days, but during peak periods, it might take up to 5 days. Once it's on its way, we'll send you a tracking number, so you can keep an eye on your package and know when to expect it. Need it even faster? We offer express delivery. Q2: Do you ship worldwide?
A: Absolutely! We take pride in offering worldwide shipping. No matter where you are, you're just a click away from all your favorite Retro's Spot products. We ship orders from Monday to Friday to get your new items to you as swiftly as possible.
Q3: What about customs or import duties?
A: Good news! Our logistics partners handle customs fees, so the price you see when you order is the only amount you'll pay. No surprises!
Q4: I accidentally provided the wrong shipping address, what can I do?
A: Don't worry! Just shoot us an email at contact@retrosspot.com as soon as you can, and we'll do our best to update your shipping info before your order heads out. Please note, once it's shipped, we can't make changes, so double-check that address before you confirm your order to avoid any hiccups!

Q6: How do I track my order?
A: Stay in the know! Once your order leaves our warehouse, we'll send you a shipment confirmation email with your tracking number. You can enter it directly on our website to track your package.
Q7: My tracking number isn’t working, could you help me?
A: Tracking numbers usually activate within 1-2 business days after the shipment confirmation email. If it takes a little longer, it's normal. If you still don't see updates after two days, don't worry—just send us an email, and we'll look into it for you!
ORDER PROBLEMS
Q8: I would like to get a refund, how can I go about this?

Q9: My package got lost/was stolen, what can I do?
A: If your package was insured, we've got your back! If it goes missing during transit, we'll send you a replacement ASAP. Just reach out to us. However, if it's marked as delivered to the address you provided and goes missing, we can't be held responsible. Start by contacting your local postal service, and if they can't help, we'll assist you in figuring out what happened.
Q10: What if I mistakenly provide a wrong shipping address and my order gets returned?
A: Unfortunately, we can't be held responsible for returns due to incomplete or wrong addresses and can't issue a refund for the resources spent on the initial shipment. However, drop us an email at contact@retrosspot.com, and we'll do our best to assist you!
